On completion of the transaction you will receive a confirmation email from our service within a few minutes of placing the your order. Return / Refund Policy We will exchange hardware items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. Orders for telecomunications services cannot be refunded once the connection has been activated. All hardware products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Delivery Information Delivery is included in the price of any hardware purchased from us. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Prices Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
