Terms and Conditions

This
agreement sets out the terms and conditions that we have agreed in
order for you to promote
a 0870 National Rate
Number to be terminated at a landline number in another international
country of your choice.
The term “4FREE” mentioned in this agreement refers to us and the term
“client” refers to you the applicant.

Nothing
in the agreement shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership,
joint venture or the relationship of employer and employee or except
to the extent set out in this agreement.

No revenue shall be
payable on this number.

There is no set
up fee for an internationally diverted number, and currently only an
annual fee of £49.99 + VAT.

4FREE
cannot be held responsible for any losses or liability however caused
should the service(s) be suspended or breakdown etc. Neither can 4FREE
be held responsible for any loss of earnings however caused whether
direct, indirect or consequential.

All
annual fees etc. are non refundable.

The client shall not be charged any
diversion costs to their destination number. However, should
market conditions dictate that a pence per minute charge needs to be
levied then the client shall be consulted and told of the new charge.

4FREE
shall have the right to terminate a Client’s contract and service and
retract the national rate number should the Client fail to promote
or use the
Service. This shall be at the sole
discretion of 4FREE after consultation with the client.
However, we never,
ever, disconnect a number without contacting the Client nor do we in
any way want to disconnect a number for the sake of it. This clause
is only ever invoked in the case of a business closure or when we are
unable to contact the Client over a prolonged period.

4Free remain the
leaseholders on all allocated numbers and any porting arrangements
must be agreed in writing with 4FREE at its sole discretion. 4Free
abide by Ofcom the
independent regulator and competition authority for the UK
communications industries, with responsibilities across television,
radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services.

4FREE
reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice
with the new additions and/or deletions made readily available on the
Internet site and that these new Terms and Conditions shall override
the old.

The
Client can terminate a Service by giving 30 days notice in writing.
This can be by email but a receipt should be asked for.

The
agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
Laws of England.

The
Client must be 18 years of age, or over, to order an
internationally
diverted
number.

Don' t forget that one of the
advantages of a 0870 number is for ease of redirection if you move your
business. Therefore, don't forget to order a number for your fax
line at the same time. If ordering two consecutive gold numbers we may
be able to offer you a discount. |
