0870 National Rate

4FREE Fax to Email  Services Terms and Conditions 

1. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for a 4FREE Fax to Email Number.  The term “4FREE” mentioned in this agreement refers to us and the term “client” refers to you the applicant. 
2. 0871 Fax to Email numbers are currently free and 0870 Fax to Email numbers are subject to an Annual Charge of £49.99 + VAT.  0845  Fax to Email numbers are subject to an Annual Charge of £75.00 + VAT.
3. The client will not receive any other bill associated with the above options other than the annual fee when chargeable.  The Client will not be charged any call charges for any of the incoming faxes.
4. There are no other charges to the Client.
5. There is no revenue payable on this service.
6. 4FREE cannot be held responsible for any losses or liability however caused should the service(s) be suspended or breakdown etc. Neither can 4FREE be held responsible for any loss of earnings however caused whether direct, indirect or consequential. 
7. 4FREE will agree to change your target email address for the first three changes free of charge per year. If you require more changes we charge an annual fee of £25.00 + VAT for unlimited changes.
8. All set up fees etc. are non refundable.   
9. 4FREE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice with the new additions and/or deletions made readily available on the Internet site and that these new Terms and Conditions shall override the old.
10. 0871 numbers cannot be called from abroad, only from within the UK.  0870 numbers are internationally recognised, and can be called from any other country.  However, the responsibility for access from international destination lies with the local Telecommunications Provider.    
11. 4Free remain the leaseholders on all allocated numbers and any porting arrangements must be agreed in writing with 4FREE at its sole discretion. 4Free abide by Ofcom  the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services.
12. The Client can terminate a Service by giving 30 days notice in writing.  This can be by email but a receipt should be asked for.
13. The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England.
14. The Client must be 18 years of age, or over, to order a Fax to Email number.
