To help you understand how you can earn money from Premium Rate Services and what Rules and Regulations you are required to follow when promoting such services please read  below.

What are Premium Rate Services?
Premium Rate is the term used for phone calls that are charged at a higher rate to the caller. These numbers always begin 09.  It is an industry worth over £2 billion a year in the UK. There are a variety of services available for you to operate.

How do I earn money from Premium Rate?
When a caller calls the number the charge of the call is added to their telephone bill. These charges are then shared between the network operator (typically BT) and the service provider. You as the owner of the number get a revenue share for operating the line. You earn money on every incoming call to your number.

Do You Have Any Ready made services?

Do You Have Any Text services?

What is the revenue share?
You will receive a set amount per minute for every call that is made to your number. The amount depends on which tariff and what service you are operating.   We clearly detail the amount you receive under each service.

How can I promote my numbers?
No matter how good the idea for a Premium Rate line is, it will not make you much money if nobody knows it is there. The important thing is that you promote your Premium Rate Numbers and Services to your customer base in every way you can.

If operating a technical support or help line you can let customers know the number, by putting it on all of your stationary, your website or simply by telling them that this is now your new number for support.

For Ready Made Services you simply advertise your service in newspapers, flyers, local press, web sites, free papers, etc.  Many of our clients make extremely good money by setting up their own web sites, other advertise in the press.  It is your choice but we do know that there whether you want to provide yourself with a full time or part-time income we provide the tools and you can provide yourself with a substantial income.  All we ask is that you follow the ICSTIS Code when advertising as detailed below.

How do I get paid?
We send you a statement and you send us an invoice and we send you a cheque.  But for the exact procedure from ordering to getting paid please see the 'How It Works' page by clicking here or going to it from the the left sidebar menu.  Please also see our Terms and Conditions for full conditions as to their usage and operation.

Is there anything else I should know?
If you take a ready made service or choose to run your own that goes straight to voicemail, you will be required to abide by the ICSTIS code when promoting your service as explained below.  Further, we will also require you to sign our Signature form to state that you understand and agree to abide by the code.  If, the code is breached and ICSTIS impose any fines, then the costs will be passed on to you.

Applicants must fully familiarise themselves and agree to conform to the ICSTIS Codes of Practise for Premium Rate Services when taking such a service.  Applicants must pay full attention that they do not break this code when promoting their own service and give due consideration to proper promotion with regard to stating the cost of the call, address or Post Box No. etc. when advertising such a service.

If you require the use of our Post Box No. rather than use your own address or one provided by the Royal Mail it is only £25.00.  It will have your own code.  Please note:  This is not a mailing address, but one that you will be able to provide on all your advertising so that you conform to the ICSTIS code.

The ICSTIS code applies to all forms of promotion and advertising, be it on the Internet, flyers, leaflets, or in newspapers,  magazines or emails.  Full details of the ICSTIS Codes of Practice can be found at:  www.icstis.org.uk
