Time Plan Option Quite often businesses like to automatically close down their telephone lines at a specific time or reroute them somewhere else. For example you might want your calls to go straight to voicemail after 5:00p.m. with a message such as "Sorry the office is now closed. Our opening hours are. . . etc". You can then either automatically terminate the caller or let the caller leave a message. Alternatively, you can choose to have your 0871 number routed to another target number automatically at a specified time with it reverting to the daytime destination the next day. For example calls to your business premises can be automatically rerouted to your home in the evenings and/or weekends. There is a one off set up fee of £29.99 + VAT for this service. On sign up you will be required to designate your time plan. Two alterations to this plan are included per year. Further changes will be charged at £9.99 + VAT per time. Geographic Routing Option If you have a number of businesses/shops or personnel located throughout the UK then our intelligent 0871 Geo Option can detect where the caller is calling from and automatically direct their call to the nearest. For example say you had a number of dealers within the UK and a caller rings your 0871 number from Brighton their call can be automatically be directed to the dealer in the South. There is a one off
set up fee of £49.99 + VAT for this service. On sign up you will be
required to list all destinations. Two additions or deletions are
included per year. Further changes will be charged at £9.99 per time.
