Terms and Conditions

This
agreement sets out the terms and conditions that we have agreed in
order for you to promote a Local Rate Service. The term “4FREE”
mentioned in this agreement refers to us and the term “Client” refers
to you the applicant.

4FREE
agree to provide a Local Rate Service (0845 number) at the cost of
£3.99 + VAT per month, or £19.99 + VAT for life. These charges apply per number, and
there will be no call charges for calls received on an 0845
number.

The number or numbers will automatically be renewed at the end of the
year to ensure continuity of service. If a second year is not required
the Client must
notify us in writing
at least 30 days before the year end date. A
receipt should be asked for.
Failure to notify
us, as stated before, and we will automatically renew your number or
numbers.

The
minimum term for connection is three months when taking out a number.

4FREE
agree to provide the service promptly. We will use our reasonable
endeavors usually within
7
working days or sooner, but final connection cannot be made until
payment has been received in full.

4FREE
cannot be held responsible for any losses or liability however caused
should the service(s) be suspended or breakdown etc. Neither can 4FREE
be held responsible for any loss of earnings however caused whether
direct, indirect or consequential.

In the
event of non payment of the monthly
or any diversion
charges owed,
4FREE
reserve the right to disconnect the number.

4FREE
agree to three changes of
a landline
target
number per year without charge. Additional changes shall incur a
charge of £5 + VAT per change.

4FREE
reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice
with the new additions and/or deletions made readily available on the
Internet site and that these new Terms and Conditions shall override
the old.

4Free charge a monthly rental of £20 for all Non Geographic Numbers, this rental is additional to any number specific monthly fee (clause 2). This rental is discounted in full all the time the number remains with 4FREE. The minimum period that the number can remain with 4FREE is 12 months. If the Client wishes to transfer their number or numbers to another Supplier within 12 months of taking out a number with 4FREE, then 4FREE reserves the right to charge the Client £20/month for the remainder of the 12 month period. Should the Client wish to transfer after 12 months then three months notice must be given.

agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
Laws of England

The
Client must be 18 years of age, or over, to order an 0845 number.
