4FREE Freephone Numbers Terms and Conditions 

  1. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that we have agreed in order for you to promote a Freephone Number Service.  The term “4FREE” mentioned in this agreement refers to us and the term “Client” refers to you the applicant. 
  2. 4FREE agree to provide a Freephone Number either as a 'Pay As you Go, Monthly, or Yearly, service, and the Client shall agree to pay all costs and call charges as designated on the Internet site, including those for calls received outside of the monthly and yearly allocation.  
  3. Unused minutes cannot be carried over in both the monthly and yearly options.
  4. The Client agreement is subject to a status check, before issuing a number, and 4Free reserve the right to refuse a service to a Client without a reason having to be given.  However, a pre-payment top-up option is available for any Client who fails or does not wish to be credit checked.
  5. The minimum term for connection is three months when taking out a Freephone Service.
  6. 4FREE agree to provide the service promptly.  We will use our reasonable endeavours usually within 10 working days or sooner, but final connection cannot be made until the correct payment has been received for the required service.
  7. 4FREE reserve the right to alter the call charges without notice when required to do so by our service providers.
  8. 4FREE cannot be held responsible for any losses or liability however caused should the service(s) be suspended or breakdown etc. Neither can 4FREE be held responsible for any loss of earnings however caused whether direct, indirect or consequential. 
  9. In the event of non payment of any monies owed such as the monthly or yearly fee or unpaid call charges, 4FREE reserve the right to disconnect the number.  A re-connection fee may be asked for.
  10. 4FREE agree to three changes of target number per year without charge.  Additional changes shall incur a charge of £5 + VAT per change.
  11. 4Free remain the leaseholders on all allocated numbers and any porting arrangements must be agreed in writing with 4FREE at its sole discretion. 4Free abide by Ofcom  the independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries, with responsibilities across television, radio, telecommunications and wireless communications services.
  12. 4FREE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice with the new additions and/or deletions made readily available on the Internet site and that these new Terms and Conditions shall override the old. 
  13. The Client can terminate a Service by giving 30 days notice in writing.  This can be by email but a receipt should be asked for.  No refunds will be given.
  14. The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England
  15. The Client must be 18 years of age, or over, to order an 0800 number.
