Go to the URL   (Internet site)  http://pns.4freetele.com/

Enter your subscriber number (your allocated 0870 or 0700 number) and password (if you have an 0870 follow me number allocated you need to enter the subscriber number as 1870xxxxxxx when you log in, ie replace the leading '0' with a '1')

Click on submit and change your password, the password should consist of numbers only.

If you want your 0870/0700 follow me number  to go to only one specific target number (i.e your landline number), please put the target number in the  box shown below, and press the "Commit" button.  You can change this at any time by revisiting the site and changing this target number.

DO NOT PUT IN YOUR 0870/07005 FOLLOW ME NUMBER IN THIS BOX ONLY THE TARGET NUMBER.

If you need the system to hunt for you; you can set up three profiles for varying target numbers, length of ringing times between transfers, and whether you wish to use the voicemail facility or not.

For example you could have one profile for Weekdays and another for Weekends. These can quickly be changed by using the Profile selector.

Starting with profile 1 enter your routing requirements. An example is below, please note if your number is a 0870 number your routing can ONLY be to a land line, if you have a 0700 number this can include mobile numbers but not premium rate numbers.

• Number = target number
• Duration = the time in seconds to ring before the next number is tried or default to voicemail (if selected) please note voice mail should only be set for the last number.

• Click on profile 2 and enter the number(s) you wish to divert to under profile 2
• Do the same for profile 3. (Please note that you do not have to set up three different profiles)
• Select the Profile to activate, then click on Commit to activate that chosen profile, if you are only using one profile you do not need to enter more than one, but still need to activate it.
• You can edit your voicemail message and check your voicemail by going to 0870 088 5355 and follow the instructions.
